Where is my order?

If your order has not reached you within 14 business days (UK deliveries) and 30 business days for international air mail deliveries. Please email or call us with your order number and details for us to investigate.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations.

Please contact us immediately if you have an issue with your order. 

I have not received the correct size/ My order is not correct?

Please email a photo of the order you have received to: woof@furrify.co.uk.

We will respond within 1 working day.

My item is faulty

To be considered faulty, items must not meet the required high quality standard or be fit for purpose as described. Damaged items due to wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order along with your name, order number, and images of the fault. Refunds may be refused.

How long does it take for you to reply?

We are here to assist you from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm. Please allow a maximum of 24 hours for a response.

We are not open at weekends, Bank Holidays and during the festive season, so there may be a delay in our reply at these times.

How do I check the size is right for my dog?

To achieve the optimal and comfortable fit for your pup, we suggest measuring your dog and consulting the size guides provided on our website. For our bespoke range products, please submit the correct sizes when ordering.

Who do you deliver/ship with?

We ship with Royal Mail and EVRI and use a variety of services including Tracked24 & Tracked48.

Every product we ship is tracked to ensure the safe delivery of your products.

International deliveries are sent via Air Mail using a tracked and signed for services.

How long does it take to ship my item(s)

Our processing time is 5 - 7 working days from order. Please remember every product is handmade in the UK to order.

There are some occasions where we will have your item in your size ready to ship and therefore you may receive your items earlier than expected.

Once shipped how long until delivery?

The following information provides guidelines on our delivery times (once shipped). Please keep in mind that there is a processing time that varies depending on the products ordered.


Royal Mail - TRACKED24 - Tracked - 1 - 2 working days.

Royal Mail - TRACKED48 - Tracked - 3 - 5 working days.

EVRI - Next Day - 1 - 3 working days.


International Airmail - TRACKED - Upto 21 days.

With all EU and International deliveries, customs and import taxes may apply.

Are customs and taxes included within International orders?

You, the customer, are responsible for covering any extra expenses like duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. These charges can differ significantly and are typically determined by the price and type of product, package weight and dimensions, origin country, as well as the taxes, duties, and fees associated with the destination country.

Can I return my order?

Any item(s) must be returned, unworn, unused and in their original condition.  Please ensure that the items do not have any traces of fur or other marks.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Do you offer free returns?

Returns must be sent at the customer's expense and the customer is responsible for their safe arrival. For added security, we highly recommend using a recorded postage service. Please note that Furrify Accessories cannot accept any responsibility for returns lost during transit.

Can I return a SALE item?

Products that are discounted or discontinued and within any sale are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This non-returnable policy is reflected in the lower price of these items.

Can I exchange my product?

We do not currently offer exchanges on any products. Please see our returns policy.



Dogs should not be left alone whilst wearing any of our products, please check them regularly for any signs of wear and tear.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet. While our dog accessories are durable and suitable for everyday use, we do not recommend them for dogs with aggressive behaviour.


Our accessories can be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle and we recommend avoiding water temperature above 30 degrees; higher temperatures can cause shrinkage. 

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT tumble dry.


Please make sure to use the size guides provided to ensure that you have purchased the appropriate size for your dog. We cannot be held responsible for any sizing errors.


Pattern of the fabrics may vary when your new accessories arrive due to different sections of fabric used. You can bet your pup’s new look is 100% unique.


Our designs are copyrighted, so please do not use or copy our designs in any way! You can photograph and post our products online at anytime, just remember to tag us.
